Welcome to the IT CyberWall policy
« IT CyberWall » is a brand of the Pioneer Humani group, specialising in maintenance, managed IT services, backup and cybersecurity for businesses.
The entire Pioneer Humani group is committed to strong ethical values and applies a code of ethics guaranteeing respect for moral principles and human dignity. As such, Pioneer Humani ensures that the services offered by « IT CyberWall » are used within the following limits:
- Any content deemed offensive (content that is discriminatory, racist or xenophobic, revisionist or denialist, defamatory, violent or inciting violence, likely to shock young people, abusive or commonly considered vulgar, offensive, contrary to public decency or public order, offensive towards religious practices or beliefs, obscene, pornographic or paedophilic) is prohibited.
- More generally, any content that infringes intellectual property rights and copyright (texts, images, videos, trade secrets, internal or confidential information, etc.), as well as any breach of the laws and regulations in force, is also prohibited on the servers, websites and infrastructures on which we work.
- Each client whose server, computer, website (or any other application or medium) is managed by « IT CyberWall » must ensure that no visitor can post comments, blogs or reviews that breach the following limits:
- – No comments amounting to racist abuse;
- – No abusive language or language commonly considered vulgar;
- – No language offensive towards religious practices or beliefs;
- – No revisionist content;
- – No pornographic or paedophilic content.
In addition, for reasons of strict neutrality, no political, philosophical or religious content will be managed by « IT CyberWall ». Failure to comply with this code of ethics will result in:
– For hosting managed by « IT CyberWall »: immediate suspension of the services provided to the client concerned on the server concerned, until the content complies with our code.
– In all other cases, no work by « IT CyberWall » will be possible until the content complies with our code.
Details on the application of the code of ethics:
In line with the values described in article 3 above, applying the code of ethics means systematically and categorically refusing any link with the following content:
- – Hate speech, harassment, insults, threats, defamatory content towards individuals, groups or states.
- – Suggestive, provocative or explicit adult content.
- – Unfounded, unverifiable, misleading or ambiguous information.
- – Dishonest or abusive activities or content.
- – Religious content, fortune-telling, astrology, occultism, etc.
- – Games of chance and gambling, as well as any game that causes addiction or dependency.
- – Weapons in general, war, revolt, demonstrations.
- – Drugs, tobacco and any products that pose a threat to health.
– Dating, libertine, swinging or similar websites.
