Out of scope: other requests go through support tickets.
Some work requires restarting services or servers: we keep these outages to a minimum and choose the time slot with you. No major work takes place without your agreement.

Monitoring watches your servers 24/7 to limit service interruptions, detect vulnerabilities, alert you by email and handle some anomalies automatically. See monitoring.
