Managed application services
We run and maintain your business applications so that they stay available, up to date and secure. Management software, accounting, CRM, website, database: you focus on using them, we take care of the rest.
What is included: tracking and installing updates to your applications, monitoring their availability, checking that backups of your application data are working (they are operated by WeDoBack, under a separate contract) and liaising with the publisher, integrator or supplier.
Out of scope: other requests go through support tickets. Developing or modifying the code of third-party software is not included.
Updates are scheduled with you to limit outages. No major work takes place without your agreement.

As with all our contracts: 6-month commitment, then cancellable with one month’s notice.
