Full managed IT services
You entrust us with your entire information system: computers, servers, network, e-mail, applications and security. Backups are operated by WeDoBack, under a separate contract. A single contact for all your IT, who keeps it running day to day and develops it with you.
What is included: everything covered by basic managed IT services and managed application services, plus the network, security, monitoring of the backups operated by WeDoBack and follow-up of your IT providers.
Out of scope: requests outside the contract go through support tickets.
Some work requires restarting services or servers: we keep these outages to a minimum and choose the time slot with you. No major work takes place without your agreement.
