IT monitoring

We monitor your IT 24/7 to detect problems before they bring your business to a halt

Monitoring means continuous surveillance of your information system, 24/7. It limits service interruptions, spots weak points in the architecture, alerts you by e-mail or SMS and deals with certain anomalies automatically.

It can cover all or part of the system:

Brochures

Why monitor? Antivirus, firewalls, backup servers: these protections are only useful if they work all the time. Monitoring checks that they are active and warns you as soon as something stops working.

We keep watch over the security and stability of your architecture, and make sure your backups are working properly.

Two plans

Monitored and repaired, or simply monitored

You choose the level of support, server by server.

Monitoring included in managed IT services

For the servers we manage: monitoring is included, our technicians receive the alerts and step in to restore service.

Monitoring only, on quotation

For your other servers, managed by your team or another provider: we monitor and alert the people you designate, without working on your systems. Scope defined according to your needs.

Alerts

Alerts that reach you at the right time

Every alert is sent by e-mail. You can also receive SMS messages, depending on the mode you choose:

As soon as an incident occurs

The SMS is sent as soon as a malfunction is detected. For services that cannot wait.

During on-call hours

SMS messages are sent only during the time slot you set: evenings, nights, weekends, depending on your organisation.

If the problem persists

The SMS is sent only if the malfunction persists beyond a set time. You are not disturbed for an incident that resolves itself.

The platform

Professional monitoring, not just a connection test

We operate an architecture of dedicated monitoring servers. It continuously collects the status of your equipment, keeps the history and triggers alerts according to rules adapted to each server.

Thresholds and trends

An alert before the disk is full or the memory is saturated, not just when everything has stopped.

History and graphs

How each measurement changes over time, to understand an incident and anticipate needs.

With or without an agent

A lightweight program installed on the server for detailed data, or remote checks for websites and network equipment.

Alerts that make sense

Dependencies between devices are taken into account: a router failure does not trigger one alert for every server behind it.
